Athlete Checklist

Please bring the following items:

Bike (ANY bike will do!)
Helmet *participants without helmets will NOT be allowed to ride!*
Goggles
Towels (2)
Sandals/Flip flops
Extra pair of workout clothes

Wear:
Swim suit (we recommend jammers for boys, one-piece competition suit for girls)
Workout shirt
Workout/running shorts
Running shoes
